Cane Fu Self Defense
07:00 PM to 08:00 PM
A great self-defense class for people of all ages. Protect yourself by learning how to use a wooden cane with a crook to prevent and counter attacks, block strikes and enable escapes. A hardwood cane is required and can be purchased for $30 at class OR you may bring your own. Class is seven weeks.
