This course assists aspiring and active entrepreneurs in developing great ideas into great companies. Building a startup is not simply building an execution plan for a business model that the entrepreneur thinks will work, but rather, a search for the actual business model itself. Topics covered in the class: Presenting opportunities for new venture creation, presenting the “necessity” to make their own job, creating the need for your customer base, the need to develop the skills, develop and act on innovative business opportunities, vital business structure for day to day operations, utilizing technology “BASICS”, and Law and your new business, basic structure.
