Christmas Lighting Open House
Each year, the museum holds an Open House the night that the Christmas lights in Layton Commons Park are lighted. This year approximately 250 citizens visited the museum.

Christmas Nativity Celebration at the Kaysville LDS Tabernacle
For the past twelve years, the museum has mounted a special display at the Kaysville Nativity Celebration. This year, Board of Directors members Christine Deppe, Mickey Hutchinson and Doneta Gatherum contributed many of their personal artifact to the display. The display featured artifacts for a Victorian, a 1940s and a 1960s Christmas scene. Typically between 1,700 and 2,000 people attend this event each year.
