UDOT Update: Access to Kohl’s to shift to Angel Street only as Midtown Crossing work continues

Article Published 09/22/2017
On the Layton Midtown Crossing project, starting Monday Sept. 25, the main entrance to Kohl's will shift from 1266 North Main Street to 1400 North on Angel Street. Access to Cutrubus Body Shop will remain the same. Please follow signs to the temporary access. Crews will begin work on the new access road which will connect to the bridge.
Crews are also forming and pouring the columns for the bent pile in the I-15 median. Next week they will form and pour the bent cap.
In a couple of weeks, Angel Street will be closed temporarily between Main Street and 1240 North to provide room for crews to demolish, excavate and build the new intersection leg south of Main Street.
