Article Published 10/11/2017
On the I-15 Layton Midtown Crossing Project, crews are forming and pouring the bent cap for the bent pile in the I-15 median and constructing walls for the west side abutment, and will begin excavating the east side wall footings and constructing the walls for the east side abutment.
-Angel Street is closed between Main Street and 1240 North for approximately one month. This will provide room for crews to demolish, excavate, and build the new intersection leg south of Main Street.
-Northbound Main Street is reduced to one lane in this area from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. while crews complete utility work.
-The main entrance for Kohl's is temporarily shifting from 1266 North Main Street to 1400 North on Angel Street. Access to Cutrubus Body Shop will remain the same. Please follow signs to the temporary access. Crews will begin work on the new access road, which will connect to the bridge.
-1425 North Street is closed between Woodland Park Drive and Layton Hills Parkway. Please use Woodland Park Drive and Layton Hills Parkway to access the businesses in this area.
