Hill Field Road work update

Work is underway on improvements in the vicinity of I-15 and Hill Field Road (SR-232). For the East ThrU-Turn at Hill Field Road, between Gordon Avenue and 1225 North, Underground pipes are being installed. Concrete curb and gutter is expected to be poured for the ThrU-Turn on July 14, followed by asphalt paving on July 18. Both activities will be completed at night. 
At the South ThrU-Turn (Main Street, near King Street), crews are completing waterline work currently, and are scheduled to complete the concrete and asphalt work during the first part of August. 
Finally, at the West ThrU-Turn (Hill Field Road, west of Main Street), crews are excavating the ground where the ThrU-Turn will be located and are scheduled to pour concrete and place asphalt in early August. 
Hill Field Road, west of Main Street will be widened to the north and crews will begin excavating the roadway this week. Earthwork for the new I-15 bridges will begin on July 14, in the sloped area between the freeway and the ramps.
