Crime Prevention Courses

News Release

Officers from the Layton City Police Department will be conducting Crime Prevention Presentations during the month of February. These presentations will be held at several local elementary schools.  Topics covered will include: protecting your home, vehicle and personal property, internet safety, and identity theft.  Crime prevention handouts will be distributed to all those in attendance.  All presentations are scheduled to start at 6:30 P.M.  The presentations are scheduled for the following dates:

  • February 5th - Lincoln Elementary (6:30 pm)
  • February 7th - Vae View Elementary (6:30 pm)
  • February 12th - Sand Springs Elementary (6:30 pm)
  • February 13th - E.G. King Elementary (6:30 pm)
  • February 19th - Adams Elementary (6:30 pm)
  • February 21st - Mountain View Elementary (6:30 pm)
  • February 26th - Heritage Elementary (6:30 pm)
  • February 28th - Crestview Elementary (6:30 pm)
