Biggest Loser Weight Loss

We only get one body, so we might as well take care of it. But how do you know how much to exercise? How do you know how much you should be eating? What is healthy fat and "bad" fat? How much sugar is too much sugar? You will learn all of this and more in our class designed like the famous TV series "The Biggest Loser." Each week we will learn new aspects of nutrition and exercise, while spending time in the gym learning exercises to do within your own homes OR at the gym. Weigh in each week and compete against your classmates on a journey for a better, healthier, happier YOU!
