The swimming pool(s) will be closed to remove the bubble and the racquetball courts will be closed for resurfacing.

Emergency Preparedness Fair - Saturday May 19th

The Layton East District of the Layton Citizen Corps Council will be holding an Emeregency Preparedness Fair at the Armory behind the Central Davis Junior High School this Saturday (May 19th) from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. The address of the Armory is 663 N. Church Street in Layton.

This FREE event will feature workshops and information booths, including vendors selling emergency preparedness items (cash and check only).

Topics include: 72-hour kits, water purification, alternate power sources, food storage and more.

The 2012 Hill Air Force Base Open House and Air Show is scheduled for Saturday May 26 and Sunday May 27.

Gates open at 8 a.m. and close at 5 p.m.

In honor of Memorial Day, this year's theme will be "Warrior's Over the Wasatch: A Legacy of Valor."
