2.53.042. Significant parcel of real property

            In connection with any proposed sale, trade, lease, conveyance, or other disposition of real property owned by the City, the following real property is deemed to be significant:

            (1)        Any property where the conveyance of the property would result in a request for a change of zoning of that property;

            (2)        Any property that is specifically referenced in a general plan or where the proposed use of the land following its conveyance would conflict with the general plan for the area; and

            (3)        Any parcel of property with the size, configuration, or zoning that would support or permit the construction of a primary structure on the property.

            To the extent that the property falls into one of the above categories, the process provided in Section 2.53.041 shall apply.
