3.08.080. Tax sale record
The City Recorder shall keep a record of all property sold for special taxes or assessments. The record shall include a description of the property, the date of sale, and to whom sold, the amount of the sale, and the date of redemption thereof, or the date of the issuance of a tax deed to the property.
