5.32.160. Prohibition against children in a sexually oriented business
A person commits a misdemeanor if the person allows another under the age of eighteen (18) years on the premises of a sexually oriented business. A licensee has an affirmative obligation to ensure that no person on the premises is under the age of eighteen (18) years.
