Do not submit a resume in place of completing any part of this application. You may, however submit a resume in addition to a completed employment application.

If the job requires a typing test, tests can be taken at the Layton City Management Services office located at 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, UT 84041, between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Type tests must be submitted before the closing date.

  1. Get an application from:

    2. Layton City's main office (437 N. Wasatch Dr., Layton, UT 84041); or
    3. Any Utah Department Of Workforce Services office.
  2. Completely fill out all four (4) pages of the application.
  3. Sign the application.
  4. Deliver the application to the Management Services department prior to the closing date listed in the job opening.
