Flint Street and Gentile Street Traffic Signal Project

Beginning on or about June 21, 2010 and lasting until approximately August 20, 2010 construction will take place on a traffic signal at the intersection of Gentile Street and Flint Street. A traffic signal at this intersection will significatnly improve the flow, and safety of traffic transiting this area. Construction activities will include the following: construction of a median within the roadway to allow for a separation of traffic and permit the free flow of west bound vehicles when the project is completed; boring under the roadway for the installation of conduit and power to the signal poles; concrete work at various locations within the area. Delays and possible road closure may be encountered periodically throughout the construction period.
