3 UDOT projects planned in Layton

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has several road projects within Layton City on its drawing board. No exact dates for when any of these projects will begin have been set.
These projects include:
1. Repave Main Street (State Road 126), from Gentile State to Clearfield (200 South), sometime this summer.

2. Repave the eastern portion of Hill Field Road (State Road 232), from Main Street, past the Layton Hills Mall and to U-193 (south gate to Hill AFB), this summer.

3. Layton I-15 Interchanges Environmental and Design, State Road 108 (Antelope Drive) and State Road 232 (Hill Field Road). This project will modify an existing roadway and could include turn lanes, improved signal operations and better access. This project is in the planning process and the schedule is yet to be determined.
