This is an introduction to the basics of starting up a business, insight into the key steps needed to build a successful startup. Topics covered in this class: establish a suitable business model, how to rapidly develop and test your ideas by gathering marketplace feedback, validating your ideas early on with various scenarios, understand points and needs of customers, proper solutions required for the business you choose, and basic finance.
