Centennial Lecture Series

In continuation of the Museum's Centennial Lecture Series that was put on hold due to COVID, former Layton City Mayor and current Utah State Senator Jerry Stevenson, will be speaking about the Layton/Kaysville Separation! The lecture will be live on Facebook, as well as recorded and posted on the Museum's page on the City's website. In compliance with the current public health order, in-person attendance for this lecture is by invitation only. Public attendance is through Facebook Live only. In May of 1920, Layton City was incorporated. This lecture will cover the events that led up to the city’s incorporation and trace the people, places, and events that started the City on its Century of Progress.
