A Public Hearing will be held at Layton City on Thursday March 2, 2017 at 7pm at 437 North Wasatch Drive in the Council Chambers to review and adopt the “Storm Drain Master Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis and Rate Study”
