Yoga/Pilates Class

Discover for yourself the many benefits of Pilates and Yoga. Improve posture, relieve stress and feel healthier while finding balance and tranquility. This class is great as a non-competitive course for all skill levels to rev up your metabolism and strengthen your core. Improve your posture, ability to handle stress, desire for healthy foods, memory, and concentration. Bring your own towel or sticky mat. This class begins on January 24, 2017 and be taught every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 pm for eight weeks ending on March 16, 2017.

Cost of the class is $65 per person and payment can be made in the Layton High School Main Office during school hours (7:00 am -2:30 pm) OR with check or cash the night of the first class.

Admission: $65 per person
