Layton City will host a second workshop to share the results of the online General Plan survey and to explore future growth options. Over 1,400 survey responses have been collected with ideas on how to accommodate the projected 30,000 more residents by 2050. Scouts and youth are encouraged to attend with their family members, and to enjoy pizza and refreshments while sharing ideas and providing feedback. Scouts may also bring a poster board featuring a community issue to present in an open house type setting at the beginning of the workshop meeting.
