Online Police Record Request

This online form was developed for the convenience of individuals, businesses, organizations, and government entities requesting copies of Layton police reports for which they have legitimate purposes and to which they are entitled. Using this form for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.


Report Fee

Copies of police reports, including accident reports, are available in the Records Division.

  • $10.00 Per Incident Report
  • $30.00 Photos, audio, or video recordings (includes first hour of preparation and redaction time)
  • $15.00 Photos, audio, or video recordings (each additional hour of preparation and redaction time)
  • Valid ID is required to receive records
