This non-competitive class will improve posture, strengthen core, relieve stress and you feel healthier while finding balance and tranquility. All skill levels welcome. Modifications are offered for beginners. Each participant works at their own level in a judgement-free zone. Bring a Yoga mat. Class is taught every Tuesday and Thursday for 8 weeks at Layton HS.
