3516 - REPORTING ARRESTS FOR CRIMINAL CONDUCT

Employees arrested or charged for any criminal conduct, which includes serious traffic offenses, have a responsibility to immediately notify their department director, who will review the matter with Human Resources to determine what, if any, action should be taken.
