10.48.010. Limitations on U-turns
(1) The driver of any vehicle shall not make a U-turn at any intersection where a sign prohibiting such a turn is in place.
(2) The driver of any vehicle shall not make a U-turn:
(a) upon any one-way roadway;
(b) upon any bridge or viaduct; or
(c) upon any curve or approach to or near the crest of a grade where such vehicle cannot be seen for a distance of five hundred feet (500') by the driver of any other approaching vehicle.
(3) The driver of any vehicle shall not in any event make a U-turn at any location where such turns are permitted, unless such movement can be made without delay to or interfering with other traffic.
