2.46.100. Contempt powers
(1) The Commission may hold a person in contempt if the person:
(a) Refuses to answer a question, without legal justification, after being directed by the Commission to answer; or
(b) Fails to comply with a subpoena issued by the Commission.
(2) Upon finding a person in contempt, the Commission shall report the person to the Second District Court and request a warrant of attachment or order to show cause, as provided in Utah Code section 78B-6-313 (as amended).
