3.08.120. Certificate of sale to City

            When property is sold to the City, the certificate of sale shall be delivered to the City Recorder whose duty it shall be to see that such certificate is properly recorded in the records in the office of the City Recorder, and the same shall thereafter be kept as a part of the records of the office of the City Recorder.
