5.16.060. Same; Application and renewal requirements

            A person seeking a private club beer or liquor license under this Chapter shall file a written application with the City in the name of an officer or director of a corporation in a form prescribed by the licensing department.  The annual fee for a liquor license is set forth in the City's Consolidated Fee Schedule.  For an on-premises retailer license, for beer, the annual fee is set forth in the City's Consolidated Fee Schedule.  An initial non-refundable application fee as set forth in the City's Consolidated Fee Schedule will be required for both licenses.

            All beer and liquor will be sold and stored in accordance with state law.  Liquor may not be sold or offered for sale on Sunday, or any state or federal legal holiday after 12:00 midnight and before 12:00 noon.  On all other days the liquor sales and storage shall be closed from 1:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.  No liquor may be sold or offered for sale on the day of a state or national elections until after the polls are closed.

            A quarterly investigation of the business establishment will be conducted by the code enforcement officer, to insure compliance, and a copy of the findings will be furnished to the City Council and the Chief of Police.
