5.16.480. Search of licensed premises
Every licensee, by accepting a license issued under the provisions of this Chapter, thereby irrevocably consents that any City police officer, upon compliance with procedural requirements, may at any time during the effective period of the license freely enter and inspect and search the licensed premises for any alcoholic beverage or for any other goods or chattels illegally possessed or kept thereon, or for evidence of any alleged crime under investigation by such police officer, and further consents to the seizure of any such alcoholic beverage, goods, chattels, or evidence, the property of the licensee, which may be found therein upon such a search.
