SYSTEM UPDATE NOTICE [OCT 2, 2023]


We are pleased to announce that our business license application system, including business license renewals, has been updated as of October 2nd, 2023. This new system will streamline the application and renewal process. The system will allow a business license applicant to easily follow up on the approval process, quickly communicate with the City, and conveniently provide or upload any required information to obtain and renew a business license. To apply for a new business license or renew your existing license, you will need to create an account with the new system. Existing business owners will need to use the same email address that was listed when they applied for the license. If your email has changed or you are not sure what email address the City has on file for your business, please contact Tyese Williams, Business License Clerk, at twilliams@laytoncity.org or 801-336-3788.
