We invite all Davis County Residents to our upcoming Pet Vaccine Clinic.
Cats and dogs are invited to this clinic on January 8th from 11AM-3PM. We'll be at the Backyard Dog Care and Boarding facility in North Salt Lake.
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED and limited up to 2 pets per household. Cats must be in a carrier and dogs must be on a leash at all times when you arrive. We will not be accepting walks-ins.
All vaccines are $8 each:
-Rabies for dogs and cats
-Microchips for dogs and cats
-FVRCP for cats
-Parvo/Distemper Combo Vaccine for dogs
-Bordetella Vaccine for dogs

NO ADDITIONAL services once you submit your appointment form. Only one pet per form. You will pay for the services at the event.
