Strengthening Families
06:00 PM to 08:30 PM
The Strengthening Families program is an evidence-based program that prevents substance use through a family-focused approach.
It increases family connection, teaches healthy conflict resolution, enhances communication skills, and teaches youth how to handle peer pressure.
The 7-week class starts at King Elementary on October 3rd for our English-speaking families and at Lincoln Elementary on October 4th for the Spanish-speaking families.
Childcare for youth under 10, and dinner will be provided for each class.
Please only register if your family is able to commit to attend a weekly 2.5-hour long class for 7 weeks.
Families can register here: https://www.dbhutah.org/prevention/families/
