This workshop aims to remove the fear
and shame associated with punishment
through teaching resiliency,
mindfulness, and self-regulation. The
intent is to empower parents with
basic skills and essential guidance to
help them better parent their children
while fi nding more joy in parenting.
Parents can purchase all classes in this
workshop for $79 or purchase each
class separately for $19. Cost includes
both parents. Taught on Thursdays at
Layton High from 7-8:30 pm by Nubia
